These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services (collectively, the “Service”), including the ability to generate AI images and videos, and create fictional characters, locations, and story elements. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission.

2. Your Content

You may enter descriptive text for fictional characters, locations, and story elements.
  • Ownership: You own all content you create using the Service, including AI-generated images and videos.
  • Usage Rights: We do not claim ownership over your content. You may use your creations for personal or commercial purposes.
  • Storage: We store your projects and data for your continued access, but we do not train AI models on your content.

3. Privacy

Your projects are private by default.
We use analytics tools (Vercel and Plausible) to understand general usage patterns, but we do not collect personally identifiable tracking data unless explicitly provided by you. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or offensive purposes.
  • Submit prompts or names that include explicit sexual content, nudity, violence, or illegal substances. Examples of blocked terms include pornography, torture, rape, and drug trafficking. See our documentation for the full policy.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the Service.
  • Submit prompts or names that infringe on the rights of others.
Warning: Any attempt to create sexually explicit content will result in immediate account termination without warning.

5. Third-Party AI Services

We use external APIs such as OpenAI, RunwayML, and FAL.ai to generate media. These services are operated by third parties, and we do not control their behavior or output. We cannot guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or safety of content returned by those services.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.

7. Availability

We do our best to maintain the availability of the Service but do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable during maintenance or due to technical issues beyond our control.

8. Refunds

All payments for the Service are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Service, technical issues, or account termination.
