The assistant is a chat panel inside every project. Instead of filling in a form, you describe what you want — “a 24-year-old nurse called Mara, blond, blue eyes, tired but sharp” — and the assistant asks a question or two if it needs to, then creates it in your project. You can carry on in the studios as usual; everything it makes is an ordinary character, location, prop, wardrobe item, scene or shot.

Opening it

There are two ways in:
  • The sparkle button at the bottom right of any project page, next to the Help button. On a phone it fills the screen; on a desktop it sits beside your work.
  • Create with AI at the top of the Characters, Locations, Props, Wardrobe and Scenes pages, and Ask the assistant at the bottom of each studio. These open the panel already knowing where you are, so “make her older” inside a character’s studio means that character.

What it can do

  • Create and edit assets. Characters (name, age, description, voice), locations (interior or exterior, time of day), props and wardrobe. It writes descriptions the way a screenplay introduces things, which is what the image models respond to best — and you can edit anything afterwards in the studio.
  • Set up scenes and shots. A scene needs a location, so if the one you describe does not exist yet it will offer to create it first. Shots get a first-frame description with the right @mentions for the characters, props and wardrobe in frame, a video description, and dialogue with its speaker. See Mention Characters, Props & Wardrobe for why mentions matter.
  • Offer to generate images and video. After creating something it will quote the price and put a card in the chat.

It never spends credits on its own

Images and video cost credits, and the assistant cannot start a generation itself. When it offers one, a card appears in the chat showing the model, the price and your balance, with a Generate for N credits button. Nothing happens until you press it. Pressing it does exactly what the studio’s generate button does, so the same rules and prices apply. If you would rather not, choose Not now.
Creating and editing rows — characters, scenes, shots and so on — is free. Only generations cost credits, and only after you confirm.

What it cannot do

  • Delete, archive or hide anything. Use the project pages for that.
  • Reorder scenes or shots — drag and drop them on the Scenes page.
  • Change your plan, credits or account settings. Those are on the Credits and Account pages.
If you ask for one of these it will tell you where to go.

Good things to know

  • It asks at most a question or two. If you give it enough to go on, it will not ask anything. If it fills in a detail you did not want, just tell it, or edit the asset in its studio.
  • The chat is not saved. It lasts while you are in the project; leaving the project or reloading the page starts fresh. What it created in your project stays.
  • Names must be unique within a project, because shots refer to assets by name. If you ask for a second “Mara” it will ask whether you meant to update the first.
  • The content filter still applies. If a description is blocked, the assistant will say so in the filter’s words and ask for a different wording.
  • Stop interrupts a reply mid-stream; anything already created stays.
