4. Create a Scene
⚠️ Prerequisite: You must create at least one location before you can create a scene.
Step 1: Enter Scene Details
- From the Scenes page, click Create New Scene
- Select a Location from the dropdown menu of all locations you’ve created in your project
- Select Int (Interior) or Ext (Exterior) to match your location type
- Select the Time of Day (Day or Night) for this scene
- (Optional) Add a Synopsis describing what happens in this scene
💡 Tip: Use the location you just created and add the characters who will appear together in this story moment.
Step 2: Save the Scene
- Click Save to create the scene
- Your selected location will appear on the scene page
Step 3: Add Characters
- From the multi-select character list, choose which characters appear in this scene
- Click Save after making your character selections
Step 4: Create Shots
Once your scene is set up with a location and characters, you’re ready to create individual shots:- From the view scene page, click “Create Shot”
- This will add a new shot to your scene and open the Shot Studio
